Proper law and place of jurisdiction
The courts at the place where AIWM has its principal place of business, in Bülach ZH (Switzerland), shall have sole jurisdiction in all disputes between yourself, as visitor to and user of the AIWM website, and AIWM concerning the running of the AIWM website or your visit to the AIWM website. Only Swiss law shall apply.
